You (“User”) understand and agree that Match Job Positions does not verify or authenticate the credibility, qualifications, or identity of other Users. Match Job Positions is not responsible for confirming or validating any information submitted by Users. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before interacting or communicating with any User, including employers, job seekers, employment agencies, or consultants. All risks related to interactions with Users are voluntarily assumed by you. Any disputes or issues must be addressed directly with the relevant User. By accepting these terms, you release and hold harmless Match Job Positions, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or damages of any kind, direct, indirect, consequential, known, or unknown, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

User Information and Content Disclosure Policy

Match Job Positions retains the right to disclose User Content and any associated information about the submitting User to third parties. Such disclosure may occur in connection with operating and maintaining our Services, enforcing contractual obligations, complying with legal requirements, or responding to government, judicial, or law enforcement inquiries, including subpoenas.
